Welcome to the Epic and Intimate photography of Tim Sulllivan and Cathy Alberth.  Photography is a hobby we enjoy exploring together, although we see the world differently.  We can be at the same place at the same time and come away with entirely different visual stories.

Epic photography. Tim loves to explore the grandeur of nature: sweeping mountain vistas, dramatic skies, quiet forests, rugged shorelines, the powerful beauty of wild places…and the wildlife that call this world home. These are the “Epic” moments — scenes that inspire awe, adventure, and a sense of wonder.

Intimate photography.  

Cathy’s “Intimate” photography reveals the hidden artistry of the small and often overlooked. Through macro imagery, tiny details become extraordinary: the delicate structure of a flower petal, the texture of frost on a leaf, the intricate beauty of insects, water droplets, and natural patterns invisible to the casual eye along with the smaller creatures that live within.

Together, Epic and Intimate Photography celebrates the full spectrum of nature’s beauty — from vast landscapes to the smallest details.
